Free Brand Kit Generator

A brand kit generator collects the reusable parts of a brand identity in one place: colours, typefaces, the logo, and the rules for how the brand writes. This one does not invent them. Paste your website and it reads the kit that is already there.

Your website

The page is read once, in full, and nothing on it is stored. Give the address a buyer would land on.

What a brand kit actually contains

Most brand kits are a colour row and a font pairing, which is why most of them sit unopened. A kit earns its keep when it settles arguments, and the arguments are rarely about the hex code. They are about whether this sentence sounds like us. So the kit this tool returns has a visual half and a written half, and the written half is the one that changes drafts.

The colours your CSS actually uses, ranked

Read out of your own declarations, not sampled off a screenshot, with framework defaults and neutrals removed. A colour that is not in your stylesheet does not appear. Which of them is your primary is left to you, for the reason given further down.

Heading and body typefaces

Taken from the families your own pages name. Most brands are running two and can name neither, which is how a deck ends up specifying a third.

Your logo file

The one your page is already serving, at the URL it is served from, so the kit points at the live asset rather than a copy that will drift.

Tone words, each with a quote

Adjectives a writer can act on, and next to each one a sentence off your site that proves it. A tone word with no quote behind it is dropped rather than kept.

Your positioning line

The sentence on your own site that best states what you do and who for, quoted exactly. If no single sentence does that job, the field stays empty, which is itself the finding.

The words you never use

Measured by absence against a list of generic marketing phrases. Whatever you already avoid is a banned list you have earned, and a banned list is the half of a voice guide people actually follow.

Why this reads your brand instead of generating one

If you already have a website, you already have a brand kit. It is just undocumented, spread across a stylesheet and a few hundred sentences nobody has read in one sitting. The problem is not that your identity is missing. It is that nobody has written it down, so every new designer, freelancer and tool guesses at it and the guesses drift apart.

A generator that invents a palette from a prompt cannot help with that. It adds a third opinion. What helps is a document that says, with evidence, this is the blue you actually use and this is how you actually sound. Every field here is either quoted from your page or left blank on purpose, which is the same rule Selzee follows on brand facts everywhere else: a field it cannot evidence stays empty rather than being filled with a guess.

The written half is worth more than it looks. If you want to see what a deliberate voice looks like on real pages, including three brands that publish their own rulebook, read the brand voice examples that pair with this tool.

What this tool does not do

It will not design you a logo

Every other tool on this search does, and that is the difference. A generated logo is not your brand, it is a picture of a brand, and swapping it in contradicts the site you send traffic to.

It will not invent a palette

If your CSS states one colour, you get one colour and a note saying the other two were not found. A palette proposed for a brand that already has one is worse than a blank.

It reads one page

The URL you give it, usually a homepage. That is where a brand states itself hardest. A site whose identity lives three clicks in will come back thinner than it deserves.

It will not tell you which colour is your primary

It ranks the colours your own rules use most and stops there. That limit is measured, not modest: on a compiled stylesheet a frequency ranking and an AI judgement gave two different wrong answers on our own site, because a bundle holds every colour a framework emitted next to the few anyone chose. Six swatches you can pick from beats one confident wrong label.

It cannot read a page it cannot see

A site that renders entirely in JavaScript, or one behind a login or a bot wall, returns little. That is a limit of reading rather than a fault in your brand.

How to turn the output into a kit people use

01

Run it, then read the gaps first

The empty fields are the useful part. An accent colour nothing on your site declares is a decision nobody has made, not a bug.

02

Set the tone words deliberately

The kit tells you how you already write. Decide whether that is what you meant. Where it is not, the fix is a rule, not an adjective.

03

Turn the never-used list into a banned list

Write the replacement next to each word. This is the single change that makes a voice survive a second writer.

04

Put it where the writing happens

A kit in a folder changes nothing. A kit pasted at the top of the brief changes every draft under it.

Once the voice is written down, the next job is applying it to what you publish. That is what Selzee does with it: it reads your captions, reviews and results, and briefs the next month of content against your own words rather than a prompt. You can also work at the sentence level first with the hook generator, or hear one product in several registers with the product description generator.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a brand kit generator?

A brand kit generator produces the reusable parts of a brand identity in one place: colours with their hex codes, typefaces, the logo file, and the rules for how the brand writes. Most tools on this search generate those from a text prompt, which invents an identity. This one reads the identity your website already has and reports it, so the kit matches what your customers see.

What is in a brand kit?

At minimum: a colour palette with exact values, a heading and a body typeface, the logo in the files you actually use, and a written voice section covering tone and the words you avoid. The visual half stops designs drifting. The written half is the part most kits skip and the part that decides whether two writers sound like one brand.

Does this generate a logo?

No, and that is deliberate. It returns the logo already on your page. A generated logo would contradict the site you send buyers to, and a brand kit that disagrees with the live website is worse than no kit at all.

Why are some fields empty?

Because the page did not state them. Every field here is either evidenced or blank: a colour has to be in your CSS, a font has to be named in your own stylesheets, and a tone word has to come with a sentence you wrote. Blank beats invented, and the tool lists its gaps by name so you can see which decisions have never been made.

Can I use it on a competitor?

It will read any public page, and the honest answer is that it is more useful on your own. A competitor's hex codes tell you very little. What is worth studying is their tone and their positioning line, both of which come back quoted.

Do I need an account?

No account, no email, no credit card. There is a cap on runs per page load so the tool stays free for everyone, and the page you submit is read once and not stored.

Your kit is the input, not the output

A written kit only pays for itself when it reaches the work. Selzee reads your captions, reviews and results, then briefs the next month of content against your own words rather than a prompt, so the voice in the document is the voice that ships.
