Triple Whale Alternatives: 7 Tools Compared by Job (2026)

Short answer: replace Triple Whale by the job you used it for. ThoughtMetric or Northbeam for attribution, Lifetimely for profit and LTV, Polar Analytics for a data warehouse, Hyros for call-based sales, Cometly for B2B SaaS. Selzee covers only the creative side: which ads to make next, and making them.

Pick the tool by the job

  • Pick ThoughtMetric for multi-touch attribution with a public price and a free trial.
  • Pick Northbeam if you spend six figures a month on ads and want media mix modeling too.
  • Pick Lifetimely if the reports you opened most were profit, LTV and CAC.
  • Pick Polar Analytics if you want your data in your own Snowflake warehouse.
  • Pick Selzee for the creative side only: it reads which ads carry your account and makes the next ones. It does not track sales.

Triple Whale alternatives compared

Prices checked 6 Oct 2026

The table puts Triple Whale and 7 alternatives side by side. Only ThoughtMetric, Northbeam, Lifetimely and Hyros print a figure on their pricing page. One row goes against us: Selzee does no attribution and no sales tracking. If that is the job you need covered, read the other rows. We explain attribution models in multi-touch attribution.

Tool Price Free plan or trial Main job Built for Best for
Triple Whale No public price for paid plans Free plan, first and last click attribution Attribution, dashboards, AI analyst, creative Ecommerce brands One tool for everything, if you can get a quote
ThoughtMetric From $99/mo 14-day free trial Multi-touch attribution Ecommerce, all major store platforms (per ThoughtMetric) Attribution on a small budget
Northbeam $1,500 Starter, $3,500/mo Professional None listed Attribution, incrementality, media mix modeling Brands with large ad budgets High spend across many channels
Lifetimely $49 to $499/mo by orders Free up to 50 orders a month Profit, LTV, CAC Shopify stores Knowing what each customer is worth
Polar Analytics No public price None listed BI dashboards on your own warehouse Shopify brands and agencies Owning your data
Hyros From $230/mo by tracked revenue None listed Sales tracking fed back to ad platforms Ecommerce, SaaS, education and call-based (per Hyros) Sales that close on a call
Cometly No public price, based on pageviews Not stated on the pricing page Attribution to pipeline and revenue B2B SaaS Ad spend tied to closed deals
Selzee From $19/week or $75/month, credit-based Start free, no card Creative: which ads work, and new ones Ecommerce, apps and local businesses Making the next ads, not tracking sales

Prices read on each vendor's own pricing page on 6 Oct 2026. Northbeam shows its Starter figure without a billing period. Hyros and ThoughtMetric scale with tracked revenue and pageviews, so each figure is the lowest step. Verified 2026-10-06.

How much does Triple Whale cost?

Triple Whale prints no dollar price for a paid plan. Its pricing page lists four packages: Free, Foundation, Automate and Enterprise. Foundation and Automate end in a "Book a walkthrough" button, and Enterprise in "Contact sales".

The Free plan is real: it includes the Triple Pixel with first and last click attribution and a view of paid, owned and organic channels. Multi-touch attribution starts on Foundation. Automate adds actions on ad accounts and a line we did not expect, "Turn winning creative into more winners": it finds what makes your best ads work and generates new variations to test.

So a switch is rarely about one feature. It is about which of those packages you actually used, and what a quote for them cost you.

The four jobs Triple Whale does

Triple Whale bundles four jobs in one app. Most alternatives do one of them well, so name the job first and the tool follows. The same split holds if you searched for Triple Whale competitors.

Attribution: which ads and channels made the sale

The Triple Pixel and its models. Replace it with ThoughtMetric, Northbeam, Hyros or Cometly. Check the result with our ROAS calculator.

Profit: margin, LTV and CAC payback

The profit and cohort reports. Replace them with Lifetimely, or start with our CAC calculator.

Data: dashboards on a warehouse you own

The custom dashboards and SQL. Replace them with Polar Analytics.

Creative: which ads to make next

The creative reports and generated variations: which ads are getting tired and what to make next. Selzee covers this part, and only this part.

Which Triple Whale alternative fits you?

Question 1 of 3

What did you use Triple Whale for most?

The alternatives, one by one

Each card gives the tool's job, its catch, its price as read on its own pricing page on 6 Oct 2026, and who should pick it. Triple Whale comes first as the baseline.

Triple Whale homepage with the headline Build an AI-first commerce business and a work email field

Triple Whale (the baseline)

Attribution, dashboards and Moby, an AI analyst, in one Shopify app.

The catch: No dollar price on any paid plan: you book a walkthrough to get one.

Pricing: Free plan, then Foundation, Automate and Enterprise with no public price (book a walkthrough or contact sales)

Best for: Brands that want one tool for every report.

ThoughtMetric homepage with the headline Lightweight marketing attribution for e-commerce

ThoughtMetric

Multi-touch attribution for ecommerce, with 5 attribution models and creative performance reports.

The catch: The price follows your monthly pageviews, so a traffic spike moves you up a tier.

Pricing: 14-day free trial, then from $99/mo for 25,000 pageviews, every feature on every tier

Best for: Attribution on a small budget, with no annual contract.

Northbeam homepage with the headline Make your marketing more profitable and circles for MTA, incrementality and MMM

Northbeam

Multi-touch attribution, incrementality tests and media mix modeling, plus a media strategist on higher plans.

The catch: The entry plan starts at $1,500, far above a small store's budget.

Pricing: $1,500 Starter and $3,500/mo Professional, Growth and Enterprise quoted on request

Best for: Brands spending six figures a month across many channels.

Lifetimely homepage with the headline Your Shopify store just hired a data analyst and an LTV cohort table

Lifetimely

Daily profit and loss, LTV cohorts, CAC payback and an AI agent that proposes actions, for Shopify.

The catch: Its pricing page describes attribution as ad spend, revenue, CPC and ROAS across channels: lighter than a multi-touch tool.

Pricing: Free up to 50 orders a month, then $49/mo S, $149/mo M, $299/mo L and $499/mo XL by monthly orders

Best for: Knowing what a customer is worth before you raise a bid.

Polar Analytics homepage with the headline Grow resilient brands on a strong data foundation

Polar Analytics

A data stack for Shopify brands: a dedicated Snowflake database, BI dashboards, a pixel with attribution and an MCP for AI agents.

The catch: No public price: every plan starts with a demo.

Pricing: No public rate card, Core and Custom plans after a demo

Best for: Brands that want to own their data and build their own reports.

Hyros homepage with the headline Same ad spend. 15% more sales. and a Book Setup Call button

Hyros

Tracks each sale, reorder and rebill back to the ad and sends the data to Meta and Google.

The catch: Its own FAQ says Hyros "is not an analytics tool": it plugs into the reporting you already have.

Pricing: One plan priced by tracked revenue, from $230/mo for up to $20K tracked monthly revenue

Best for: Sales that close on a call, or long funnels.

Cometly homepage with the headline AI Marketing Attribution For B2B SaaS Companies

Cometly

Attribution from first touch to closed-won, with a conversion API and an AI agent.

The catch: Its pricing page now says "Built for B2B SaaS", so a Shopify store is not its main buyer.

Pricing: No public rate card, usage-based on monthly pageviews

Best for: B2B SaaS teams tying ads to pipeline.

Selzee homepage feature cards: Edit In Place, Your Brand Learned, Competitor Ads and Performance Analysis

Selzee

Selzee is an AI ad generator. Its performance analysis reads which creative carries your Meta and TikTok accounts and which is burning budget. It also reads what your competitors run, then makes new static ads for your brand.

The catch: Selzee does no attribution, no pixel and no profit reports. It does not manage budgets or targeting either. Pair it with one of the tools above, and test what it makes as described in ad creative testing.

Pricing: Start free, no card. Then from $19/week or $75/month, credit-based. See pricing.

Best for: The creative side Triple Whale's reports pointed at: what to make next.

How to switch from Triple Whale without losing data

Run the new tool next to Triple Whale for 2 to 4 weeks before you cancel. Two attribution tools rarely report the same numbers, because each uses its own model, so see how far apart they read the same weeks. Check the same campaign in both, and keep your ROAS targets in one model while you compare. Your break-even ROAS does not change when the tool does.

  1. Export what you need

Pull the reports you used from Triple Whale while you still have access.

  2. Install the new pixel early

Attribution needs history, so start tracking weeks before the switch.

  3. Compare the same weeks

Read one campaign in both tools and note the gap.

  4. Cancel on the renewal date

Check the end of your term, then switch off the old pixel.
