Madgicx Alternatives: 7 Tools Compared by Job, With Pricing (2026)
Short answer: replace Madgicx by the job you used it for. Birch (formerly Revealbot) for budget rules on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google, Optmyzr for Google and Microsoft accounts, AdEspresso for simple Meta split tests, Adzooma for a free audit, Smartly for enterprise teams, Triple Whale for attribution, and AdCreative.ai or Selzee for new ads.
Pick the tool by the job
- Madgicx is one plan priced by your monthly ad spend: $45 a month under $1K, $129 up to $10K and $329 up to $30K, month to month.
- For budget and rule automation, Birch (the new name of Revealbot) starts at $49 a month up to $10K of spend and covers Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat.
- For Google and Microsoft accounts, Optmyzr starts at $209 a month billed annually up to $25K of spend.
- Adzooma is the only automation tool here with a free plan. Madgicx has a 7-day trial, Birch, Optmyzr and AdEspresso have 14-day trials, and Smartly sells after a demo.
- Selzee replaces only the creative part of Madgicx: new static ads from ads winning now. It runs no budget rules, bids or attribution.

The table puts Madgicx first as the baseline, then six alternatives and Selzee, our own product. Triple Whale is not in the table because it does one job, attribution; it gets its own section below and a full page in Triple Whale alternatives. One row goes against us: Selzee does none of the account management Madgicx is known for.

Prices read on each vendor's own pricing page on 19 Oct 2026, month to month unless stated. Madgicx, Birch and Optmyzr set the price by your monthly ad spend, so each figure is the lowest band. Verified 2026-10-19.
How much does Madgicx cost?
Madgicx sells one plan, Pro Complete (with AI), and its pricing page sets the price from a slider of your monthly ad spend. Tracking Pro, its server-side tracking add-on, costs $49 a month on top. The trial is 7 days and includes everything.
| Monthly ad spend | Month to month | Billed quarterly, per month | Billed annually, per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Under $1K | $45 | $38 | $32 |
| Up to $2.5K | $99 | $84 | $69 |
| Up to $5K | $119 | $101 | $83 |
| Up to $10K | $129 | $110 | $90 |

Read from the price calculator on madgicx.com/pricing on 19 Oct 2026. The page shows the figure for one band at a time, as you move the spend slider.
What the Madgicx price does not tell you
The bill rises when the account grows. A store that goes from $5K to $20K of monthly ad spend moves from $119 to $229 a month on the same plan, with the same features. Annual billing cuts that to $160 a month, paid up front.
Madgicx also sells its reporting tool on its own. The One-Click Report page showed a $29 a month offer with a countdown timer on 19 Oct 2026, for dashboards across Meta, Google Ads, GA4, TikTok, Shopify and Klaviyo. A timed offer can end at any time, so read the page before you plan around it.
The four jobs Madgicx does
Madgicx bundles four jobs in one plan. Most alternatives do one or two of them well, so name the job first and the tool follows. The same split holds if you searched for Madgicx competitors.
Automation: budgets, rules and launches
Rules that scale or pause ads, bulk launching and the AI Marketer that audits the account. Replace it with Birch, Optmyzr, AdEspresso or Adzooma.
Reporting: dashboards for you and clients
One-Click Report and agency dashboards. Birch, Optmyzr and Adzooma all ship reports; AdEspresso adds white-label reports on Plus.
Tracking: which ads made the sale
Tracking Pro, a paid add-on. Replace it with a tracking tool from Triple Whale alternatives.
Creative: new ads to test
AI Ads and the creative workflow. Replace it with AdCreative.ai or Selzee, which covers only this job.

Budget and rule automation alternatives
These four replace the automation side of Madgicx: rules, budgets, launches and account audits. Madgicx comes first as the baseline, and Selzee last, because it feeds these tools new ads instead of running rules. Each card gives the catch, the price as read on the vendor's pricing page on 19 Oct 2026, and who should pick it.
Madgicx (the baseline)
Madgicx calls itself the AI Ads Manager top ad agencies use to run all accounts. Its AI Marketer audits your Meta ad accounts around the clock and prepares ads and audiences; you review them and click Launch.
The catch: The ad tools are built for Meta, and the price climbs with your spend.
Best for: A Meta-first store or agency that wants one tool for the account.
Birch (formerly Revealbot)
Revealbot renamed itself Birch in October 2024, with the same team and core features. Rules scale and pause ads on conditions, Stage creates ads from Drive media, and Explorer flags creative fatigue.
The catch: Automated rules start on Pro, not Essential, and the price follows the spend of every connected account.
Best for: Teams that run Meta with TikTok, Snapchat or Google and want one set of rules.
Optmyzr
Optmyzr is PPC account management: a rule engine, budget pacing and alerts, and reports. Its homepage leads with Google Search and Shopping, Performance Max and Microsoft Ads.
The catch: The entry band is $25K of monthly spend, so a small Meta store pays for room it does not use. Its Meta and LinkedIn tools come with every plan.
Best for: Agencies and teams whose money sits in Google and Microsoft Ads.
Adzooma
Adzooma audits Google, Microsoft and Facebook accounts, lists opportunities you can apply from the dashboard, and sends alerts and reports. Every plan connects unlimited ad accounts.
The catch: No plan lists automated rules by name; it finds problems and you act on them.
Best for: A free health check before you pay for anything.
AdEspresso
AdEspresso builds Facebook and Instagram campaigns with split tests, then reports which variant won. Performance triggers and automatic optimization handle simple rules.
The catch: Starter stops at $1,000 of monthly ad spend, and it covers Meta only.
Best for: Small teams that want structured split tests on Meta.
Selzee, next to any of these
Selzee runs no rules and no budgets. It makes the new static ads these tools spend on: it finds ads winning on Meta now and remakes them in your brand, every day, and publishes the ones you approve to Meta.
The catch: Static image ads only. Keep one of the tools above for rules and budgets.
Pricing: Start free, no card. Then from $19/week or $75/month, credit-based. See pricing.
Best for: Teams whose rules work but who run out of new ads to feed them.
What each tool costs at your ad spend
Madgicx, Birch and Optmyzr set the price by ad spend, so the right pick depends on how much you run. Each cell is the month-to-month price for that monthly spend, read from the same rate cards as the table above. At $1K a month, Madgicx, Birch Essential and AdEspresso Starter cost within a few dollars of each other, and Optmyzr costs several times more. At $30K, Birch Essential is the cheapest of the three spend-priced tools.
| Plan | $1K a month | $10K a month | $30K a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Madgicx | $45 | $129 | $329 |
| Birch Essential | $49 | $49 | $149 |
| Birch Pro | $99 | $99 | $249 |
| Optmyzr Essentials | $299 | $299 | $349 |
| AdEspresso | Starter, $49 | Plus, $99 | Plus, $99 |
| Adzooma Silver | $69 | $69 | $69 |
Birch counts the spend across every connected ad account, so an agency adds up its clients. Optmyzr's cheapest band covers up to $25K; at $30K it moves to the $50K band. Adzooma lists no spend limit.
The enterprise alternative: Smartly
If Madgicx is too small for the job, the next step up is a platform sold through a sales team. AI answers about agency ad tools often list Smartly next to Madgicx.
Smartly
Smartly runs creative and media together for large advertisers: templates and feeds for creative, budget allocation and campaign workspaces for media, across many channels.
The catch: No self-serve plan. smartly.io/pricing returned a 404 on 19 Oct 2026; you get a price after a demo.
Pricing: No public rate card, priced after a demo
Best for: Brands with a media team running many markets. Ten options are in Smartly alternatives.
Which tools replace Madgicx tracking?
Madgicx sells tracking as Tracking Pro, $49 a month per connected account, with server-to-server tracking for Facebook ads. If that is the part you used, look at a dedicated attribution tool. Triple Whale has a free plan with first and last click attribution and prints no price for its paid plans; we read it on 6 Oct 2026, and its site blocked our read on 19 Oct.
We compared seven tracking tools, from ThoughtMetric to Northbeam, in Triple Whale alternatives. Birch also sells server-side tracking for Meta, called Hub, priced on its own. Selzee does no tracking at all.
The creative side: AdCreative.ai and Selzee
These two replace only the AI Ads part of Madgicx: the ads themselves. Neither one runs rules or budgets.
AdCreative.ai
AdCreative.ai generates ad banners, texts, product photoshoots and videos from your brand kit, and scores creatives before they run.
The catch: Credits run out: Starter has 20 a month for 1 brand. It makes the ads but does not manage the account.
Best for: Teams that need many sizes from one brand. Rivals are in AdCreative.ai alternatives.
Selzee
Selzee finds static ads that are winning on Meta right now and recreates them for your brand, with your logo, colours, fonts and products learned from your website. New ads arrive every day, you edit one by asking, and approved ads publish to Meta, Instagram and Facebook.
The catch: Static image ads only. Selzee runs no budget rules, no bidding, no campaign automation and no attribution, so it replaces only the AI Ads part of Madgicx.
Pricing: Start free, no card. Then from $19/week or $75/month, credit-based. See pricing.
Best for: Brands and agencies whose rules already work and who run out of new ads to test.
Static ads Selzee made
Selzee made each of these ads, and each one is published in the Selzee gallery. Each started from a format that was winning for other brands at the time.
Madgicx alternatives for agencies with many client accounts
AI answers about agencies that manage many client ad accounts often name Madgicx. The question to ask each tool is how it counts: by total spend, by account or by brand. For the wider agency stack, from research to reporting, see AI tools for advertising agencies.
| Tool | How it counts | Client sharing | Accounts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Madgicx | Monthly ad spend | Agency dashboards, public report links, PDF | As many as you connect |
| Birch | Spend across all connected accounts | Reports, Slack and Google Sheets | Spend-based, no account cap listed |
| Optmyzr | Monthly ad spend | Multi-account dashboards on Premium | 25 accounts in the entry band |
| Adzooma | Flat plan | Branded reports on Silver and Gold | Unlimited on every plan |
| AdEspresso | Flat plan, spend cap on Starter | View-only client access, white-label reports on Plus | Unlimited on Starter |
| Selzee | Brands per plan | Approve ads per brand | 1 brand on Pro, 3 on Max, 10 on Agencies |
Read on each vendor's pricing page on 19 Oct 2026. Optmyzr's account count is the one its price calculator shows for the lowest band.
What AI assistants get wrong about Madgicx
AI answers about Madgicx often lean on pages that changed or went away. These four mistakes are dated: each one is what we read on the vendor's own page on 19 Oct 2026.
That Madgicx hides its price
Third-party pricing guides, and the AI answers that quote them, say the Madgicx price shows only inside the app. The pricing page prints a price for every spend band up to $30K in its calculator, from $45 to $329 a month. Only above $30K does it say "See price inside the app". An answer that quotes one flat Madgicx price is also wrong: the price follows your spend.
That Revealbot is a separate tool
Revealbot is Birch. revealbot.com redirects to bir.ch, and Birch's own post says the team renamed the product in October 2024. A list that shows Revealbot and Birch as two options counts one tool twice.
A cited list that is gone
Assistants still cite a gethookd.ai article on four Madgicx alternatives with pricing. That address now redirects to the gethookd.ai homepage, which does not mention Madgicx. Its prices cannot be checked any more.
That Madgicx is Meta only
The ad tools are Meta-first, but One-Click Report also reads Google Ads, GA4, TikTok, Shopify and Klaviyo. If reporting across channels is what you used, check that the alternative covers the same sources.
How to switch from Madgicx without losing your rules
Run the new tool next to Madgicx for one or two weeks before you cancel. Rebuild your three most important rules first, and compare what each tool would have done on the same days. Keep your break-even ROAS as the line every rule protects; it does not change when the tool does.
Before you pay for a rules tool at all, check what Meta already runs for free inside Ads Manager. We cover that in AI ads manager for Meta.
-
List the rules you use
Write down every rule, its condition and its action, and export your reports.
-
Rebuild the top three first
Set them up in the new tool and leave them in alert mode, not action mode.
-
Compare one week
Check the alerts against what Madgicx did on the same ad sets.
-
Cancel at the end of the term
Switch the new rules to action, then cancel Madgicx and its Tracking Pro add-on.
Where Selzee fits next to an automation tool
Selzee replaces one part of Madgicx, the creative part, and nothing else. It is an AI ad generator: it reads your brand from your website, finds static ads winning for other brands right now, and recreates them for you. You get new ads every day, edit any of them by asking, and publish the ones you approve to Meta, Instagram and Facebook.
It does not set budgets, change bids, launch campaigns by rule or track sales. Keep Birch, Optmyzr or Madgicx itself for that work, and use Selzee to feed it new ads. A rule can only scale an ad that exists; when every ad set runs the same three creatives, the rules have nothing new to pick.
To test what it makes, run the new ads against your current winners as ad creative testing describes. For a price comparison across creative tools, see AI ad generator pricing.
